Φόρτωση:

Το Carbox είναι ένα υψηλά προηγμένο μείγμα υδατανθράκων. Συνδυάζει πέντε μορφές αργών, μέτριων και γρήγορων απορροφητικών υδατανθράκων. Περιέχει μαλτοδεξτρίνη, δεξτρόζη, σακχαρόζη, φρουκτόζη και άμυλο καλαμποκιού. Αυτά τα σάκχαρα έχουν διαφορετικούς γλυκαιμικούς δείκτες, δηλαδή επηρεάζουν τα επίπεδα σακχάρου στο αίμα σε διαφορετικό βαθμό. Λόγω των ποικίλων ποσοστών απορρόφησης, μερικοί από αυτούς παρέχουν στο σώμα σας υδατάνθρακες γρήγορα, ενώ οι άλλοι για παρατεταμένες περιόδους.

Το Carbox είναι ιδανικό για την ανάκαμψη μετά την προπόνηση. Loading:

Carbox is a drink powder containing a carbohydrate complex. It combines five forms of slow, moderate and fast absorbing carbohydrates. It contains maltodextrin, dextrose, saccharose, fructose and corn starch. These sugars have different glycemic indexes, that is, they affect blood sugar levels to different extents.  Due to their varied absorption rates, some of them supply your body with carbs quickly, whereas the others for prolonged periods.

Reloading:

Carbox also makes a great companion during post-workout recovery. The carbs it contains contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or prolonged physical exercise which leads to muscle exhaustion and the depletion of the glycogen stores of core muscles.*
